CPR: Basic Life Support (BLS) AP – R200.00

A CPR BLS (Basic Life Support) workshop teaches essential life-saving skills, focusing on providing high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for adults, children, and infants. Participants learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, perform chest compressions, rescue breathing, and manage airway obstruction. The workshop is designed for healthcare providers, first responders, and anyone who wants to be prepared to assist in emergencies. It typically includes hands-on practice, demonstrations, and certification upon successful completion.
A written test is required, and the certification is valid for two years.
