Amputation Therapy Group
Location: Hazeldean Facility

This therapy group supports amputee patients through rehabilitation, mobility training, strengthening, functional recovery, and peer support.
Stroke Support Group
Location: Arcadia Facility
Day: First Tuesday of every month
Time: 09:45
The Stroke Support Group provides education, support, rehabilitation engagement, and social interaction for stroke survivors and their families.
TBI / Head Injury Support Group
Location: Arcadia Facility
Day: Third Tuesday of every month
Time: 10:00
This support group focuses on recovery, emotional support, rehabilitation education, and community integration for patients with traumatic brain injuries and head injuries.
Cross Fit Physio Session
Location: TBC
Day: Every Friday Afternoon
Time: 13:00
A wellness-focused physiotherapy exercise session designed to encourage fitness, strength, conditioning, and functional movement.
Stroke Peer Support Group
Location: Tygervalley, Cape Twon
Day: First Thursday of every month
Time: TBC
A supportive space for stroke survivors and their families to connect, share experiences, and receive encouragement throughout the recovery journey.
